I caught a glimpse of this Vespa driver from my sideview mirror, snapped a photo and painted him as soon as I got home. Loved his casual approach to the road - no helmet, no shirt, no shoes & on his phone. It was too fun when we met in person months later at a local Italian restaurant - all a very fun experience.
