From 'PaintUs InterruptUs II'

This painting was begun at The Warwick Art League plein air event during The Warwick Garden Tour 2019.  The challenge was to make a composition from all those circles and somehow I ended up with a much quieter painting than I usually produce.  I had to give it a lively title, kind of an inside joke.  My friend Gary Carter chose to make 'Boom Boom' the title work for this year's PaintUs InterruptUs poetry.  This photo shows the first pages of our book with my paintings and Carter's poems.
