Hard Landing - 'Sea Eagle'

There was much commotion when we woke to find the Sea Eagle tug beached at the Broward/Palm Beach county line and a beached barge nearby.  I'd watched the drama the night before as the tug was gently brought to rest.  The choreography of workers and heavy equipment moving about the closed beach was hard to resist - I set up my easel at the pool and tried to capture the event in this plein air painting.
